Decision on the admission and enrollment to study.

Enrollment

The enrolment will take place in September 2024 at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University.

At the latest at the enrolment, you have to submit the original or an officially verified copy of documents confirming due completion of your studies in the Master’s degree programme (if you studied abroad, please submit also the certificate of recognition of foreign higher education), whereby you will prove the compliance with the condition stated in Section 48 (3) or (5) Higher Education Act and the conditions for admission. Please be aware, that if you fail to do so, it shall be decided on admission denial.

During this visit all the remaining formalities will be dealt with as well as your questions answered. Also you will have the chance to meet the programme guarantor, programme coordinator as well as the potential supervisor of your thesis. The beginnings of your studies will be discussed. Also you will have the chance to explore the faculty premises (incl. a short tour through the faculty library) in order to orient yourself.
We must also inform you that if you do not appear for this enrollment and do not prove serious reasons for your absence within five working days, your right to register expires.
